For professional relationships

Your client relationship matters.

MOVA welcomes conversations with estate agents, accountants, solicitors and conveyancers, financial advisers, estate planners, developers and property professionals. Start by discussing the type of clients you support and what you need from a mortgage and finance relationship.

Residential and specialist cases

First homes, onward purchases, remortgages, self-employed income and circumstances that need a closer look.

Property and business projects

Discuss bridging, refurbishment, development and commercial property enquiries, with the route assessed around each case.

Protection needs

Where relevant, clients can discuss life cover, critical illness cover and income protection alongside their wider commitments.

A direct adviser conversation

Speak with Steven about the types of enquiries you introduce, how clients prefer to communicate and what a useful handover looks like.

How introductions should work

Clear roles. Appropriate information.

Agree the relationship first.

Discuss MOVA’s service scope, your role and the arrangements needed before referring clients. Any commercial terms must be separately agreed; no referral payment is promised here.

Ask your client before sharing.

An introduction should be made with the client’s agreement and through an agreed route. Do not send financial records, credit reports, medical details or other sensitive documents in the website form.

Set sensible expectations.

Agree what updates can be shared, with whom and when. Progress updates should respect the client’s permissions and confidentiality. Mortgage or finance acceptance remains a lender decision.

Useful to know

A few questions before we speak.

Can I discuss a case before making an introduction?

Yes. Start with an anonymised outline and avoid identifying or sensitive details until the appropriate process and permissions are agreed.

Do you pay referral fees?

No referral fee is promised on this page. Any commercial arrangements need to be discussed, documented and checked as part of onboarding.

Who provides the advice?

MOVA assesses enquiries within its service scope. Where a specialist introduction is appropriate, the roles and service provider should be made clear to the client.

Your next step

Make your next move clearer.

An initial conversation at no cost. Clear next steps, with no pressure to proceed.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The amount will depend on your circumstances and will be explained and agreed before you choose to proceed.
